Seller-fulfilled offers have been deactivated due to low Valid Tracking Rate
My seller-fulfilled offers were deactivated on July 19, Friday due to a low Valid Tracking Rate of 93%, currently at 96.83%.
I'm using a 3PL order fulfillment company.
After downloading the VTR report, I discovered that 1 out of 2 orders was shipped with Doordash which is a non-integrated carrier. The second order was shipped with Lasership which is an integrated carrier but it was still marked as having invalid tracking.
I appeal twice. Gave a plan of action, and provided documents like proof of delivery but Amazon denied it.
I'm a genuine seller who has fulfilled over 1300+ FBM orders in the last 365 days with a 0% Order Defect Rate and I have all the documents( invoices, delivery proofs). My inventory is currently sitting in a warehouse and I want to start selling again as soon as possible.
So please help. Thanks

So as a little bit of clarification, when it comes to valid tracking, this will impact the individual under performing categories, rather than the entire accounts ability to use seller fulfillment. Although in your situation, this being the only category it did impact your whole account.
You mentioned providing a plan of action to address the situation, as we can offer appeal support in these situation, I would recommend providing your appeal here so that we can offer guidance on improvements. You can provide the plan of action here after removing any personal information. If this was provided in a case, you can provide the related case ID so we can look into your submission and offer guidance.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
