Listing Active but not available to buy

Hello,

My listing for a doll is showing active in my dashboard but it's not available to sell in the listing. Am I missing something?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to assist. First, I would like to take a look at the ASIN and what might be going on. Do you have a case ID that mentions the ASIN?

One other thing to check is if you selling account is set to "Active," for the US. You can find this by clicking on the cog wheel in the top right of Seller Central and clicking on "Account Information." On the Account Overview page, you ill see your selling services and the status of all the stores you have set up.

Since you are mentioning that the listing looks right, I am guessing the issue may be account related.

Please let me know if you have a case ID and I would be happy to check.
