I can only find session reports that combines a large amount of dates in one go i.e. 2 weeks. I'm looking for a report that gives me day by day of those dates, specifically for particular ASINs

Dougal here and I can assist here. Business Reports in Seller Central is where you want to go. Then on the left navigation menu, choose "By ASIN" and "Detail page sales and traffic," and customize the lookback. Here is a quick screenshot to show you:
