The easiest question is this --

Do you have UPC numbers directly from GS1?

If you used aftermarket numbers there have been many brands removed since Amazon started combing the files and matching the names and IDs in BR with the info on the GS1 site.

If you have GS1 numbers, then check the USPTO site to see if the attorney (if you used one) is on their sanctioned list. That has lead to suspensions as well.

Hello @Seller_sBIwlMsvdMdFD!

My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. At this moment, unfortunately, the team won't always provide a lot of information around these decisions as the processes around abuse are extremely confidential.

However, our best advice will be for you to directly follow the steps to appeal a revoked decision, as it shows on the response provided on the case ending 7451.

For you to follow the appeal process, please follow the below steps:

1) Login to brand registry portal

2) Click Manage > Brand Applications

3) Click on the "appeal" button appearing in front of the application with status "ineligible"

4) Fill up the appeal form and submit

Once the application has raised an appeal, it will be reviewed by the concerned team.

Thank you.
