Please Close My Account

I have been trying for 3 months now to close my account. Constantly getting hit with pay this fee or this fee. I have no products in my store. Customer service is filled with bots and won't help me at any point. Can someone please tell.me how to close my account. I have to jump through pay this fee which then got refunded but since it's being refunded I can't close my account. Then after I thought I closed it I got hit with another fee. I have individual selling plan nothing on my account so I am appaled why I got charged. Someone please help idk what to do anymore.

Indy from Amazon here. I'd be happy to take a closer look at this for you, and have some additional questions.

Do you have any previous seller support case IDs I can look into? I can see a banner in your account stating it will be closed on the 15th. Has this been the case with previous closure attempts?

AAAAAAND that is why you can't close your account...it is an Amazon revenue stream.

I tried also...they wouldn't. So I switched to a personal account and deleted ALL my inventory. And for the icing on the cake, made a change to the account info which triggered that INFORM Act which I ignored. Now my account is deactivated until I decide to reactivate it, if and when Amazon comes to its senses. No fees have been charged since
