Amazon is stealing money for no reason!
My account was blocked for a long time. The violations that were the reason for the blocking were successfully eliminated. But my account was not reactivated for a long time without explaining the reason.
At the time of blocking the account, the amount in the seller's account was $4,654.55. 90 days after blocking, I made a request to withdraw funds from my seller account, but they refused me, they did not accept my identity documents. A couple of months later, Amazon transferred my funds from my seller account and marked this transaction with the word "Other".
Where did my money go and for what reason?!
A couple of months ago, Amazon sent me a notification that I can unblock my account if I pass Video Verification. Three weeks ago, I successfully passed Video Verification, confirming my identity with all the documents, and my account was restored. I wanted to get all my money back.
I wrote an appeal to the mail disbursement-appeals@amazon.com and also to the mail jeff@amazon.com .
Now the fun begins, the Amazon team (disbursement-appeals@amazon.com) responded to my appeal with a template that the funds were written off for advertising)) What advertising? The account was blocked. After repeated requests, the Amazon team each time responded with different templates that did not make sense, they said that the funds were not transferred to my account because I have no orders (what?), then they wrote that this transaction for transferring funds is related to the monthly fee for the seller's account. Every time some kind of nonsense. It's like they don't even read my messages.
The jeff@amazon.com team wrote to me that my funds are subject to withholding for 90 days after account reactivation? (what?) Where is this written in Amazon's policy?
Every time some kind of nonsense! They just don't want to return my money to me. I think They just transferred money from my seller account and some boss at Amazon went to a party to have fun with this money)))
If this post is read by an Amazon employee, please think about every word and don't answer with a template)

Amazon still hasn't returned my money. Amazon still hasn't given a clear answer whether they will return the money or not.
On December 10, they said that they (disbursement-appeals@amazon.com) were considering my case, and the review would take no more than 10 business days. Today the 10th working day ended and they still have not given an answer regarding my money. They again sent the same message as if they were reviewing my case but now they did not specify how long they would review it. This looks very much like a scam.
