What if Australian Post refused to accept the parcel

What should we do, if the Australian post refused to accept the Amazon FBA parcel and asked to get the shipping labels with Australian post logo?

If you selected Australia Post via the Send to Amazon workflow, and subsequently generated an FBA label made to use with Australia Post, you will still need to pay for shipping.

You'll notice when you generated that FBA label, it cost $0 - That is because the postage is not included and needs to be purchased separately via Australia Post MyBusiness (If you have an account with AP) or in the post office itself. You need to ensure the postage label is addressed to Amazon FBA as per the instructions in the workflow.
