Account health polic warnings

Maybe somone can help as amazon is useless when it comes to answerwing questions - its like speaking to robot or copy and paste information.
I have 2 policy warnings which have been resolved - appalation have been sent out multiple times but they are constantly sending the same emai back not enough information.
I am pulling my hair out as dont know what else to write!

It does look like your listings may not have updated as you say.
A lot feature bullet points similar to…

All the rules around Ireland shipping would need to be set in your shipping template, and delivery time frames are simply set there as well, you can’t include it in descriptions or bullet points.
Similar text is also included in descriptions (though I’ve only looked at 5 at random)
