Trademark Misuse for the word Blackpool??
We've received a trademark misuse policy violation today. We design art prints and this one is a map of Blackpool. We are being told that the word Blackpool is a trademark and a registered brand on Amazon, we've searched and searched for a trademark and/or brand on Amazon but can't find that anywhere.
Can anyone explain the logic? There are thousands of Blackpool listings on Amazon, how can a town name be a trademark?

Blackpool does look to be trademarked on the IPO - but only in class 34.
You've also got Blackpool Tower and Blackpool Zoo, but again, class 41.
Trademarks though on amazon now seem an absolute state as its all bot driven, or so it seems.

If I had to guess, it's due to the football club.
