Buy shipping, end of day reports issues

Hi. I send parcels both through Amazon and also click & drop for my website orders. For Amazon orders I use buy shipping and print the end of day report when I am done. Not all parcels/large letters show on the Amazon end of day report, I have contacted them several times about this and get vague answers at best. Apparently some will show and others won't. Yesterday I sent 2 parcels with buy shipping and my end of day report said I had sent zero parcels. When I do manage to print a report for our RM collection guy the bar code is massive, all across the top of the page so I cannot attach it to the bags with a zip tie as they would not be able to scan it. So I leave it on the side with a note to scan and take it but the postie is seemingly doing neither. I do my c&d parcels as usual and there is no issue there. On my RM invoices though I keep getting non manifested parcel charges and this only started when I started using buy shipping. I am being charged twice, once on buy shipping and once on my monthly invoice from RM. RM don't know the answer and Amazon are not exactly helpful, both refer me to the other but no matter what I do I keep getting double charges. It is hard to work out which orders they are as I send a lot each day, its either the postie not scanning the end of day report or the parcels not showing on the report. Anyone else have a similar issue and now what the answer is. I am obviously doing something wrong but it is costing me £20+ a week with double shipping and wiping my Amazon profits. Thanks for reading! Billy.

Had this problem myself being double charged, It means the Amazon manifest hasn't reached royal mail in a update. then royal mail charges a penalty for non manifested items. first time i reported took them 6 weeks to sort as amazon help doesn't have a clue what your on about. they had to pass on to higher team and reset my royal mail account.
