I can't update the US product listing title even though I am the brand owner

Issue:

I am the only brand owner & the only brand representative and I can't update the US product listing title. I have no problem updating the UK listing.

I sent over 10 messages to the US support but they keep sending me their default responses without reading my message or they do not answer my questions. To add to the frustration, I can't even rate their unuseful responses as 'Very dissatisfied', because it results in error.

I've received the following responses from them:

- 4 times: that I should contact another brand's representative to agree on the update. I am the brand owner and the only representative.

- 2 times: they have sent the proposed change to the brand owner (who is me), but I haven't received anything. They don't respond to the question of where, as a brand owner, I should look to approve their proposed change.

- 2 times: that my proposed title doesn't meet Amazon requirements. I sent them an updated title that meets all their suggested requirements but I still get one of the above responses - that I should contact another representative instead.

- 2 times: that I should wait for 48hrs for the change to appear. I waited both times and no changes appeared.

My account setup:

I have 2 Amazon accounts with 2 different email addresses for each marketplace (UK & US).

I made sure that both accounts/users had the owner rights to use my brand and make changes to its listings, however, neither of the users can update US listing's title.

What I already tried:

1. Updating the title directly from the US Amazon Seller Central account > Manage inventory page > using both user login details - the new title is saved with the message asking to wait for 24hrs. However, no changes happen after 24hrs. I tried multiple times- no luck.

2. Update title via partial file upload - no changes happened after 48hrs.

3. Contact US Amazon Seller Central support multiple times (ID 14385319481) - I keep receiving the same response saying that another user has claimed rights to this ASIN, even though I am the only brand owner & I own both users who have access to this product. I tried updating title using both UK & US marketplace login details. The title didn't get updated both times.

4. Change title using Amazon Brand Registry page. I tried using both user login details. I get the same response for both users:

"You are the Registered Brand Owner for this ASIN.

Another Seller Central user associated with your Brand is currently the contributor for this attribute. The Brand affiliated user who is currently contributing must be the one who requests an update."

5. I contacted the Brand Registry support (CASE 14385418291) but they said they can't help me because attributes are controlled by Amazon Seller Central and they can't access my full account details. They sent me back to Amazon Seller Central support.

Please help. What else can I do to update my listing title?

I took a look at the case you opened with Support! Have you attempted to delete your product listing, wait 24 hours, and then relist the product with the correct information? I want to make sure I provide accurate next steps if you have.
