Need help! 300 units stranded and Listing inactive and can't re-apply to list

Product has been listed and approved. Brand for product was approved as well. After approval sent in my 300 units to FBA. Listing went live, made sales, then made a tweak on my product title and saved listing. This unfortunately triggered the whole problem. Now my products are stranded, and my listing became inactive. States the reason being that it needs to be re-approved. Ok, so I try to re-approve, and it says that my account doesn't qualify. Spoke to Seller support, and now they state they are no long accepting new applications for my product. What can be done in this situation, this going to amount to thousands and thousands of dollars of loss for me personally. Really need help on this.

Consider this a lesson learned. Oct 20, 2023 was the cutoff date for Amazon accepting new products at FBA. After that date, products will just sit there until after the 1st of the new year.

Along with that, Amazon knows from past years' experience, there are scamming sellers who add products they do not own, print a shipping label, get paid, and never ship. So, to help prevent that situation. at this time of the year, Amazon sort of puts a moratorium of adding new products to the catalog. Amazon likes products that have been selling for many months prior to the holiday season.

Hi there @Seller_P58JTsJjp53SW,

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with being able to list this product. In general if Amazon is not accepting applications for these products requiring approval, there will be little option to appeal. However if you provide your most recent Seller Support case I can review to see what options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
