Action Required to Avoid Account Deactivation
I got an email from Amazon saying I need to verify my identity, not directly on Amazon, but through their partner site called "persona".
Has anyone else gotten this email? They sent one on July 2nd, and another on july 10th.
I have nothing on my Amazon North America seller dashboard, but I do have identity requests on my amazon europe dashboard.
They also insist on a device with a camera as well.
This seems strange. Can someone from Amazon confirm if this is a scam or if this is legitimate?

Me too. From European shop or something. It looked legit but I ignored it anyway. Made no sense.

I got this email last week. After exchanging lots of messages with seller support they said I had to complete the verification, so I did.
Once completed I got an email saying that I could now sell on Amazon (I've been selling here for 2 years.
So it's legitimate. Just part of Amazon's chaos and confusion.

Hello there, my name is CR and wanted to hop up in here. I apologize for the delay in response as well.
From what I can see on my end, you have already figured this out and I do not see any verifications needed.
It appears that you are all set here.
