You have items listed against an ASIN that is mis-branded, and is infringing on a third party’s rights

Please HELPS, PLEASE Attention regarding the suspension of my Amazon seller account, which I believe was caused by a misunderstanding regarding the authenticity of the products I am selling. As a professional seller specializing in high-quality, branded products via FBA, I have always strived to adhere to Amazon's policies and provide genuine, reliable products to my customers.

In 2024, I decided to restart my Amazon business with a refined approach, focusing on compliance and offering high-quality branded items from legitimate suppliers. Unfortunately, one of my listings was mistakenly flagged for selling counterfeit products. This was due to a misstep in my cataloging process, where I accidentally listed a supplier’s branded product under the “Generic” category, as I had concerns about potential competition and counterfeit sellers. I understand this was a violation of Amazon’s policies and deeply regret the error.

Upon receiving the suspension notification, I immediately followed Amazon’s appeal process and provided the necessary documentation to prove the legitimacy of my products, including:

1.The supplier’s brand registration certificate

2.A valid brand authorization letter

3.Product invoices

4.The supplier’s business license

5.A copy of the brand owner's identification (both front and back)

6.The brand owner's business license

However, despite submitting these documents, my appeal was rejected, and I have not been able to establish communication with the appeals team to gain further clarity or resolve the issue. This has put me in a frustrating and seemingly endless cycle where I am unable to access more information or take corrective actions.

I respectfully request that personally look into this matter, as I am confident that my business complies with Amazon’s policies, and I am only offering authentic products from trusted suppliers. I am more than willing to work with Amazon to provide any additional information or documentation required to resolve this issue and ensure my account is reinstated.

I am committed to conducting my business in a manner that is consistent with Amazon’s values, and I would greatly appreciate your help in reviewing my case so that I can continue selling products that meet Amazon’s high standards for authenticity and customer satisfaction.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

@Christine_AmazonPLEASE HELP ME!!

My account has been deactivated and I need more guidance on appeals. I mistakenly listed the supplier's branded products as Amazon's unbranded products, and Amazon determined that I infringed third-party rights. I violated Amazon's general product listing policy, but in fact I did not infringe. I submitted the supplier's authorization letter + invoice + product registration receipt provided by the supplier + the product holder's business license and the front and back of the ID card. Amazon still rejected my request to restore the store (I clicked the wrong deactivation button)

Because my account has become a personal account, not a professional account, I can't open a case to get more information.

Should I choose to admit the violation when appealing and make an action plan for the listing violation?
