Guys... someone bought 10 units of a product which clearly says color silver... then starts a return with a complaint that they needed gold color.... okay how is that my fault but, the sales have gone zero on that product.... voice of customer made it a very poor listing.... i stopped winning the buy box.... all because someone bought the wrong color.... anything i can do????

I don't think there is much you can do. We had a listing for ferrules and the first buyer left negative feedback and a 1 star review because they ordered one but wanted 2, even said in the feedback and review that it was there fault. Killed the listing and Amazon said they cannot remove as it is the experience of the customer.
