Asin hijacked, got brand fixed, but still requiring approval to sell

We partner with a local brand to sell their product on Amazon. We created the listing in 2017 and we've been selling it since then. Recently we were out of stock and when we went to replenish, we got a notice that the product required approval to sell.

We found out the ASIN had been hijacked, brand changed to some unrelated brand, and added to their storefront.

We were able to get the brand name corrected, but the ASIN in still linked to the hijacker's store, and still is requiring approval to sell.

Our local partner does not have a trademark, and is not brand registered.

What do we need to do to have our ASIN unlinked from the hijackers store/brand?

Related support cases:

  • 15968691921 (here seller support told us it as impossible to change the brand, and wanted us to delete the product)
  • 15968898951 (here the brand registry team was able to get the brand name on the listing details corrected, but didn't answer about getting it unlinked from the hijacker's store)

ASIN: B072HGKFKT

Hijacker's storefront: Tihilgam Store (https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/884B9220-2181-47C6-B12B-CD5ACEE22A8B)

FWIW, it looks like they've hijacked the brand of a bunch of other products, too. (Examples: B0B6JNLT8T, B00C4Z25AC, B0D9S2YQ8J)
