OTDR has dropped but WHY?
Please explain why these are marked late. I downloaded the report to see what the issue is and most have been delivered on the promised date.

Hello @Seller_PrlPfcTvnz6l6
Thanks for checking in with the forums about your OTDR report.
I took a look at the information you provided, and the actual deliveries for those orders are after the "Promised delivery date without a promise extension." Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) is used for that determination.
For example: the order in the second row had a "Promised delivery date without a promise extension" on Thursday, July 11: 7/12/24 06:59:59 GMT (7/11/24 23:59:59 PDT). That order was delivered on the morning of Friday, July 12 (08:13:49 PDT).
We understand that the date/time display was causing some confusion, specifically the GMT time zone. Our partner team worked to make that information clearer to sellers and included the Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) information.

I'll give it a go.
- Because the driver got stuck in traffic multiple times on their route and union rules state they can't work past 8:00pm, so the conscientious driver delivered it bright and early the next day.
Or how about this one?
- Because the babysitter just couldn't stay until Midnight, so mom or dad could work only 2 hours past quitting time rather than 6.
I know, absurd. Right Amazon?
