In anticipation of customers shopping early for the holidays, we have temporarily extended the return window of our change of mind returns policy.

The Amazon extended holiday return policy for 2024, requires most orders bought between November 1 and December 31, 2024, to be returnable through January 31, 2025. This policy includes returnable orders that are shipped by you and orders that are shipped by Amazon.

Note: This extended period does not limit, modify or affect a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including in respect of faulty items.

As a seller, you can choose to match the Amazon policy on extended holiday change of mind returns or provide a longer holiday returns period that is more suitable to you and your customers.
