Need help and escalation of A to Z claim

Dear Amazon Team,

I have problems with A to Z claims denial. When a customer opens an A to Z claim Amazon A to Z denies immediately.

I lost so much money because of these claims. At some cases i was ready to refund but customers acted malevolent and opened A to Z cases. So my ODR's affected badly. At some cases, customer received the item, i gave the tracking with proof of delivery photos, screenshots. etc. nothing worked, Amazon granted claim in favor of buyer. So customer both keeps the item and receives refund. Is this fair? Also please check the messages with the buyer and my intention to refund.

I am ready to prove my innocence. I started believe that these actions are done by competitors or bad people who want to harm Amazon sellers.

How can i lose every case i appealed? So that means, customers or scammers will always win the cases at %100 rate...

Here are the order ID:

402-4795612-6884319 - We tried everyway to reach the customer, but customer doesn't react to our messages, mails etc. He keeps the item and refunded. ODR is affected.

I am despreate and don't know what to do. Who to talk, express myself... I want to prove myself to be innocent and want to continue to sell on Amazon.

We have a legit company with 2 trademarked brands, we have a reputation.
