Proof of Manufacturing Agreement
I have an LLC, and my LLC name and brand name differ. For example, my LLC name is Patowari LLC, and my brand name is 'OLONKAR.' So, in the Manufacturing Agreement, should both my company name and brand name be included, or just the brand name

This may not exactly answer your question but here is what I faced.
I manufacture under one LLC and I sell on Amazon under a different LLC. My manufacturing LLC does NOT have a selling account on Amazon.
I gave myself an LOA from the manufacture LLC to the sales LLC giving myself exclusive rights to sell my brand (owned by the manufacturing LLC) on Amazon.
I provided a copy of that letter to Amazon when I registered in BR. Since it gave my sales arm exclusive distribution rights it also helped when any other sellers jumped on the ASINs involved.
