Account deactivated, IP infringement please help.
Hello I woke up this morning to account deactivation due to IP infringement. This is an item no longer in my inventory, a used book which I have no invoice. I received notice of policy warning in February after the book was listed and sold in Jan. My account has no Policy violations.
I have received in the past 10 years, 2 other warnings both on used books.

Here is the form for appeal they sent. Just has space to check boxes. My plan is to avoid any books from this company in particular and remove any listings that might be at risk of infringement (i.e. most textbooks published in the last 20 years).I plan on clicking "insufficient inventory quality and management" and detailing this under there. Is that a good enough plan or should I do something else?

Any updates on your deactivation? We are in the same mess and it is unclear what Amazon requires
