Hello, Do you know if RedOne brand is enrolled in Transparency code?
I was able to get ungated and send my products to FBA but I received an email that Transparency code is required. However, they let me sell the products without the code.
I am not sure if I can send the second round to FBA.

None of the pages that I randomly looked at indicate that they are protected with transparency. But it's also possible that they are switching to transparency.
I'd suggest reaching out to your contact at the brand to see what's up.
