its been 10 days for verifying my info for ltd and they amzon support team has still not got back to me
its been about 10 working days since my account was mean to get verified but they still havent got back to me and they havent even requested any information from me through performance notificcations

I'm afraid Amazon's stated time scales are never accurate ! - 10 days is nothing to them, and currently they are going through probably thousands of verifications. Need to be patient !

We've been waiting since 18th December for ours to be validated. We have also been warned not to continue messaging them or opening new cases as this violates Amazons T&C's apparently.
Its very frustrating as we can't request any money until the information has been validated.
