Invoice rejected in Amazon Brand Registry
I have register brand on Amazon brand registry and provide all the documents including (Product & packaging pictures, Supplier Contract, UK pending trademark copy and invoice) but Amazon rejecting invoice again & again. Can anyone help regarding this issue that why amazon rejecting invoice or send me any sample invoice for guidance please.

Does it give you a reason on the notification?
Is it a proper invoice not a pro forma? is is made out to your busines and do the addresses match? Is there a website, phone number, company number, vat number on it?

Invoice needs to be original (photo or pdf not editable Word or txt document) and include:
- Seller name and address
- Purchaser name and address
- Date of purchase
- Names, SKUs and number of purchased items
- Country of manufacture
- Ship to address
- Date of supply / shipment
- Parties involved in shipping (courier name)
But Amazon often requires as well:
- company stamp
- signature
which is absurd as in the UK there is no requirement for the invoice to be signed or stamped.
I suggest to check whether you've got all required information (eg. country of manufacture often is missing) and if yes - insist that according to UK regulations invoices are valid without signature or stamp.

dumb question but have you checked to see if the brand is registered already just a thought why the invoice dont match in amazon eyes
