Duplicate Account Deactivation From 2021

In 2021 my business partner and I created a second Amazon account for brand and tax reasons. Immediately, the second account was deactivated because we by mistake, used the same bank account, address, and other details. We attempted to resolve the issue on the second account however, decided to leave the account deactivated after several unsuccessful appeals. In July of 2024 my main account was deactivated for the old, duplicate account. We were told that the 2nd account will not be reactivated since several years have passed. I have provided all of the documents needed and both accounts have been verified by via the INFORM act. My former business partner owns the second account and we have verified all of her information is now there on account 2. Our appeals keep coming back asking for the same documents we have provided and asking us to reinstate account 2. Can we get some advice?

I see that your account has been deactivated for a violation of the multiple accounts policy and you would like some guidance on your available appeal options.

To address this, you must prove the accounts are no longer related and if that is not possible, it will be required to reactivate the second account. Typically, if you helped create the second account a link has been established between the two accounts and it may not be possible to prove the accounts are not related, especially if there is still shared information between them.

Can you share the reason the second account was deactivated? You can also post the deactivation performance notification here, after removing your personal information, so I can take a look. If you have any associated case ID's, please share them here so I review the details.
