FBM issue

Hello,

I encountered a problem yesterday in my FBM adventure.

I buy my products from the USA and ship them to customers in the UK with an intermediate warehouse, which is a legal process.

However, I had a customs problem with 1 product and the product was sent back to Las Vegas. I discussed this with the customer service in the USA and while the refund was made to me, they said that my bank rejected it, so I was told that it could be paid as a gift card. Footnote: My credit card is already open for international use, I do not know why such a payment was rejected, which I have already received a refund.

I bought the orders that came to me later with a gift card, but yesterday suddenly my buyer account was temporarily under review. Then I sent the necessary account statement, my identity information and the account was opened. As a result of the orders that came again, I made purchases with a gift card again and again my account was under review. This time the review was related to the gift card. I stated that I could not provide evidence of this because the gift card was issued by Amazon USA, but that they could find the necessary evidence in a conversation with customer service.

What did I see this morning, my account was blocked. Now why does Amazon apply such a ridiculous policy here? Can't you see your own history, don't you really analyse it and immediately press the "block" button?

I do not know where to reach to open the account. Unfortunately, I do not have the chance to call the USA from the country I am in so that I can have a one-to-one meeting. I would be very grateful if there is someone who can give me an idea about this issue.

Also, I would like to tag @Sarah_Amzn or @Julia_Amzn so they can give me an idea about it.
