Amz CSBA team called me a dummy. :)

The Amazon CSBA team caused me to receive negative feedback. When I asked them to resolve the issue, they called me a dummy. I know it sounds funny and made me laugh :)) What should I do.

This is the reason I've always said every employee is support needs to place an employee identification code next to their communications.

Since as stated at the Accelerate Conference that all Amazon employees always work as it is Day ONE, this way we could find out what employees are working on DAY TWO. And you know what that means.

Thanks for sharing this @Seller_97UT4SH0n8LCJ- posting to the forums was a great next step so we can take a look into this.

I will float out the possibility that this was intended to be a 'dummy' contact incorrectly sent. I'd certainly like to do some research so we can coach this miss appropriately. Could you be so kind as to share the associated case ID so I can look into the message from my end?

Thanks in advance,

Danny
