Brand Registry Case Closed, but Application still in Pending Review.

When I click on the link of the case ID, it shows the error "This is not a valid case for "XXXXXXXXXX". And also shows “Please click here to see your list of active cases" and showing the case as "Pending Review". And therefore cannot create a new case. Please resolve or close the case as I have been waiting for many days to start with Amazon
