Platform that support FBA avaiable quantity (and not just total inventory) for MCF orders?
Does anyone use a website / MCF integration that supports reporting the available inventory in FBA and not the total inventory (available + reserved + inbound)?
The shopping cart I use (shift4shop formerly 3dcart) for some reason uses the total FBA inventory instead of the inventory that is actually available to ship.
This of course leads to orders being placed by customers when no actual inventory is available to ship. It is very likely a matter of them using the wrong (or an outdated API call). However it is clear they either don't understand the issue or simply don't want to fix it so I need to move to another platform.
