My account was suspended on June 26. First, our partner (who manufactures the products) offered me the product of the brand "Van Cleef & Arp***" without informing me. I accepted because I was not informed. But Amazon, knowing this, treated us with suspicion. He did the right thing and for that I thank him. I told Amazon to let me remove the products from the warehouse and send them to the manufacturer. Get my money back from them. But there was no answer.
Since I'm new to Amazon, I forgot to write the "Tracking number" because I couldn't find the shipping part. There were two problems here. I was able to send an application in one of them, but not in the other.
But I don't know why Amazon suspended me. To find out, I clicked on the "Call me" button, but it was not possible to call. It says "Please Try again". Since I can't even make a call, I sent out applications and none of them worked.

Your account, your responsibility. Do not place blame on anyone else. It is your responsibility to know what you are doing before jumping into the big pond. You were caught violating policy and probably have no recourse at this point.

Amazon is, as you have discovered, NOT a good place to learn how to sell on the internet.
How many days/weeks/months did you spend studying Seller U before you even thought about opening a selling account on here?

Have you looked in your account health which is where they said you needed to go?
My money is on IP violations for selling items that you were NOT approved to sell.

Well, this is too late for you but maybe some other new seller will read my comment. Do NOT attempt to sell on Amazon with zero experience and even less knowledge of how the Amazon system works. All you will do is end up getting in trouble, losing your account, and be banned from selling here. Start out slow on Ebay, Etsy, and Mercari. After a year or so and after you've gone through Seller Universities many times and studied the seller forums many times, then try selling here. Sure, lots of people will thumbs down me but I don't care. If you don't know what you are doing you will not make it. Amazon doesn't accept excuses.
