It is policy, that you must be brand authorized, in writing, for anything you sell here. If you do not have brand authorization and wholesale invoices from a brand approved, wholesale distributor, your account will be suspended and funds confiscated.

Being ungated by Amazon does not give you legal authorization by the BRAND to represent and sell their BRAND on Amazon.
Being ungated only means that there is available space for you to represent and sell the BRAND once you get your BRAND authorization.
Your first step should be to get authorization directly from the BRAND not supplier that licenses you to sell the BRAND on Amazon.
All this information is explained in Amazon University Videos. Take the time and watch the videos before you get permanently deactivated.

Good Evening @Seller_2oJWamOcGkckv,
It looks like you were able to get some feedback from some of our seasoned sellers on the forums about selling applications.
If any of their replies helped you, feel free to mark it as “Most Helpful reply” using the 3 dots in the corner of their post. This helps other sellers find the answer to your question at the top of the post just in case they find themselves in a similar situation.
What Selling Partner Support mentioned to you n CASE ID ending in 7211 was accurate that:
"Selling restrictions are either placed on individual products or groups of similar products (such as products belonging to the same brand). Selling restrictions may be placed on the following entities:
- Individual ASINs
- Brands
- Brands within a specific category
- Categories
- Sub-categories"
You can read more about this policy -->HERE<-- Until then, your next best options are:
- Retrieving a letter of authorization to add to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
- If you have a relationship with the brand/publisher, you can to be added as an authorized 3rd party reseller through Brand Registry (but the brand has to add you on their end). Once that has occurred you can attempt to list again and if you still have any issues reach out to support letting them know you are now in the brand's Brand Registry approved list.
- Waiting until until the ASIN becomes eligible and available for sale. You can continue checking through the Add a Product feature in Seller Central.
Please let us know if you have any questions regarding any of the information shared above. Have a wonderful rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
