Customer not received book ordered due to address problem
Address given by customer incomplete, irrespective I AM WILLING TO REFUND THE ORDER BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW WITH ALL THE CHANGES ON AMAZON. PLEASE HELP.

I mean you were told on the last thread you posted but you just go to Manage Orders, find the order (using the order number) and click the Refund Order button.
That hasn’t changed in years.
