Unfortunately, this isn't Amazon support. Why do you have 10 cases? Are they for all different issues?

Hi, @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 is correct, every time you create a new case your case gets moved to the back of the line. It slows the process down rather than speeds it up. Unfortunately, it takes time for them to process a case and get back to you. What is the issue? Maybe if you tell us that someone from forums may have some advice for you.

I was able to check on the case logs that you provided and collaborate with the responsible teams. They advised that you have received the funds that previously was held in reserves. Your payout was sent to your bank on 10/29/2024. Can you confirm if this is what you are seeing as well?

If you have any other concerns please don't hesitate to reach back out. The forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
