I received a malicious 1 star review,Email rejected by community-help@amazon.com
My product AR GLASSES is a new, self-developed smart AR glasses, with no identical products on Amazon. However, just one day after my first successful sale, I received a malicious 1-star review from an unverified buyer claiming the product doesn’t work.
False claims: Says the product is faulty and we denied a return (we use FBA, so Amazon handles returns).
What I’ve Tried:
·Reported multiple times – No action taken.
· Contacted Seller Support – They told me to email community-help@amazon.com, but my emails keep getting rejected.
How can I get this review removed? Has anyone successfully escalated a similar case? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Unfortunately, a review like that is a buyer's opinion which is permitted. However, submitting the review for re-consideration to the email could lead to it being removed but not guaranteed.
