PLEASE can we have a downward arrow for long threads.

@Julia_Amazon, @Ezra_Amazon, @Roberto_Amazon and any other mods who might read this.

There is an up arrow to go back to the beginning of a thread, but can you please pass on to the IT folks that a DOWN arrow would be VERY useful to be able to see the latest post without having to spend an age scrolling down through the many looooong threads that there are nowadays.........and again I will raise the issue of the nested replies, which are really are impossible to navigate. THANK YOU, in anticipation of someone taking this on board, PLEASE !

Also, when trying to create this new thread, NONE of the categories listed are relevant for anything to do with the forum - had to choose a couple of random (totally irrelevant) categories !!

”would be VERY useful to be able to see the latest post”

A down arrow would only achieve this if it really did take you to the latest post. The bottom of the thread is unlikely to be the latest post, especially with long threads.

Might not be possible due to the way it loads when you scroll now.

You can sort by newest reply which brings the last post to the top - but that has issues because it only every returns the latest main reply as opposed to looking at the nested replies.

Nested replies are always a problem. ebay on their forum allows you to have nested replies or not - I tried their nested replies and it was worse than here.

Another idea would be to have a link on the main page of the forum that is a link to 'latest activity in this thread' that takes you to the latest post (be that a main reply or a nested reply).
