What Happen to 48 Hours Notice Before Removing Listing? Another Amazon Disaster...
Hi Y'all,
I'm hoping anyone can give me guidance here as my business is slowly killed by Amazon.
A couple months back, Amazon sent sellers an email that they would NO LONGER remove listings without a heads up from the Account Health Team.
Well, yesterday I receive an email that my Listing has been removed due to, “This product has been identified as a supplement, consumable, or topical product that makes impermissible or implied disease claims to treat addictive substance withdrawal” with NO warning at all.
I immediately submitted an appeal and it HAS STILL not been reviewed over 48 hours later. I’ve called account health three times now and was told every call it was a mistake the listing was taken down without 48 hours notice. HOWEVER, they’ve done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.
I’m hoping a mod can take a look into this as it completely goes against Amazon’s policy of informing sellers of an issue before removing their listing. THIS ISSUE WILL PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS if it isn’t resolved shortly.
The ASIN is B0CT64S3CM. @Tatiana_Amazon @Stevie_Amazon@TaylorR_Amazon@Jameson_Amazon - any help on this issue would be beyond appreciated. The Case ID for this ASIN (the appeal) is 15590026171

It’s CRAZY - my appeals were all rejected. I updated all listings with a flat file over 30 hours ago and EVERYTHING on my end is showing the term “hangover”’ is no where present. Including on the detail page, category listing report, and manage inventory edit page.
But, whatever the Account Health team is using is retaining old information. Because of this, a 5 year Amazon seller doing 8 figures in revenue is going out of business.
The account health team had been incredibly difficult to work with. I’ve provided ENDLESS proof the term hangover is no where, yet they won’t do anything to help me as a seller. @Tatiana_Amazon @Stevie_Amazon@TaylorR_Amazon@Jameson_AmazonI am begging one of you look into this, especially before prime day. I have done everything I possibly can as a seller and am out of options.

I never received such an email.
Did you check your performance notifications?

Please read the policy that Amazon provided "This product has been identified as a supplement, consumable, or topical product that makes impermissible or implied disease claims to treat addictive substance withdrawal".
I hate how Amazon makes you jump through hoops for something so simple to fix. This happened to us as well.
There is something on your listing that is making some sort of claim. Phrases like X does this, or X helps with that, are claims that Amazon doesn't like. You have to delete your listing, wait the 24 hours, and relist your listing through a flat file to fix the copy, wait 24hr and check that the copy was approved/changed, then re-delete the listing, wait 24 hours and submit the appeal through their system. Just to be approved/denied by their bots. The whole process took about a week of us losing sales and having to deal with Amazon's bureaucracy.
Good luck on your end!

Hello @Seller_84LMlj7yiVJW8,
Thank you for posting your concern with a restricted product policy.
First I have passed you concerns regarding the removed ASIN without prior notice to the appropriate teams, although I cannot say much on the subject, I can ensure they have your feedback on the situation. Secondly, I appreciate you providing this case, I do see from some recent communication that not only this ASIN but a number of other ASINS were also reinstated with no violations on them.
Due to my limited visibility into the account, I am unable to confirm you're seeing them as active. If you are still experiencing this issue, please follow up with screenshots of the inactive listings or what you're experiencing so that it can be forwarded to the appropriate teams to continue looking into this if needed.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
