Lost featured offer and looking for cause

We recently launched our product on Amazon that has 2 variations and we started to sell 5-6 units per variation per day and all of a sudden we lost featured offer for only one variation. We have good account health , no violations and the product is in stock at FBA. Our product shows low stock at the moment but we have a shipment on its way. Since the feature offer have taken away, our sales have tanked and there has been no order and we are not able to concrete answers on whether feature offer will be returned once we have item in stock, we created a case with Amazon Seller support to clarify but we did not get proper answers. Its also very odd that we lost featured offer only on one variation. We also checked pricing health and there is no pricing issue, also the there are no featured offer deactivated because of pricing issue in seller support portal. We believe it could be due to low stock but I am looking for some confirmation.
We are the only sellers of this brand and we own the brand. We are looking for some advise and we do not want our large inventory to arrive and face issues with selling. Can someone please advise?

I had a similar issue. About a month ago I lost Featured Offer Eligibility on used books, CDs, DVDs, and video games.
I have several 5 star reviews on my account, and the items are all the lowest price on the listing. If I sell a few items merchant fulfilled will this fix the problem?
Is there anything you can do to manually override to give me back my Featured Offer Eligibility?
