I found out that due to a technical error in Seller Central from March 6 to April 3, 2025, I was unable to view my Prime eligibility status and notifications. Amazon's notification states that my performance metrics are being processed correctly, but I cannot clearly see my Prime eligibility status.
I have experienced a significant drop in sales due to this error. I would like to verify if my Prime eligibility is working correctly and if there were any errors in the process.
Has anyone experienced this problem before, can I get clear information about the following issues?
