Amazon not removing feedback for postage purchased via amazon
So, I’ve read numerous times that if you purchase postage via amazon, they will remove negative feedback if it refers to an order not arriving.
I’ve had such a feedback comment today, created a case for feedback removal and received their typical auto response stating the feedback is not eligible for removal.
Can anyone help with a response to seller support to get the feedback removed?

I think it refers to not arriving on time.
If the buyer didnt receive their goods then the feedback will stay.

The customer feedback policy ensures that sellers are only responsible for shipping their products on time and are not penalised for delays out of their control.
You need to have bought the tracked postage from Amazon, then they WILL remove negative feedback. As long as the above conditions are met.

how do you actually try to do it? is it through submenu from feedback details or you make request through seller support?
I only did it through submenu in feedback details and it always worked. I processed about 4 reviews that way. So maybe the problem is how you’re trying it to do

Amazon will only remove a feedback under this policy, if it complains solely about issues related to delivery. Since the comment mentions additional concerns about your service, they won’t remove it.

The OP has quite a few feedbacks referring to non-receipt and late delivery. Perhaps they need to review their order process?

They did not remove one for me either, but they ‘scratched it through’ and put in a comment that seller was not reponsible for postage. But they did not totally remove it
