NEED HELP URGENT!!!!

My payment all blocked into the "Account Level Reserve" and we can not get any money back almost 6 months. Over 77k+ Payment into the "Account Level Reserve" now. But the Account Health is "HEALTHY" and we can sale the products everyday. We haven't get any notice from Amazon to explain what the reason? Tried many many times to make contact with Amazon different Teams, but still nobody give us a exact reply and when will solve this issue. All the cases just end up with status transferred with no resolution. What should we do? Anybody met this issue before?

We are going through the EXACT SAME PROBLEM. We've been transferred now 10 times --and then NOTHING!
Out of fear, we placed our store on vacation status as resolution is no where in site.
One agent said computer issue, another said, give it time, (really?!), and yet another said it was linked to Amazon Pay --we have no idea why. All are in perfect condition.
Account is 100% Healthy. And we continue to pay amazon the monthly professional fee to list. We are at a loss.

I'm having a problem similar to yours, my funds have been held in reserve for almost 30 days, but so far they haven't given me an answer as to why, I continue to sell the same, without any restrictions. however, the funds remain blocked!
Any tips on what I can do to resolve it?

I'm experiencing the same inconsistency. I haven't submitted for 'Help' for a case id, because their inability to help only adds to my anxiety. I have $8K in reserve consistently for over a week that hasn't been released and our payment is scheduled for tomorrow - 9/19.
I also received a small ($50) payment sent yesterday. Case ID: 16036828001. Again, submitted for Help and received no answer as to why we were receiving this small payment 2 days before our scheduled payment and where it's coming from.
@Micah_Amazon. Please know, that I use every tool I can before opening a case. I only do so when I cannot find an answer directly or I cannot connect the dots with the information provided in Seller Central.
