No solution for missing sku
Hi,
I have several stranded inventory and the reason is Missing SKU. I tried every possible solution to fix it but no success. When talk to seller support, they did not either. here are the steps I applied
1. Tried relist button but got an error message
2. Created new listing as fba but listing did not appear in manage inventory page
3. Created new listing as merchant fulfilled with the quantity 0 but listing did not appear in manage inventory page
4. Created new listing as merchant fulfilled with the quantity 1 but listing did not appear in manage inventory page
5. Tried creating listing with listing loader (listing with a spreadsheet) and got many error messegaes such as
a- SKU 4PRC_FN_52K_3003KM does not match any ASIN and contains invalid values for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN. New ASIN creation requires the following attributes, for which this SKU provided invalid attribute value(s): merchant_suggested_asin.
b-There is no record of the SKU corresponding to this update on your account. This commonly occurs when there are other issues on your SKU.
So, no luck so far fixing problem. Any idea how to fix them ? I do not want to create removal order for them. @Manny_Amazon@Nikki_Amazon@Quincy_Amazon@Tatiana_Amazon

SAME ISSUES. NOTHING WORKS. SELLER SUPPORT DOES NOT HELP (opened multiple cases). I've tried all those "solutions" suggested by seller support as well. Nothing works, and seller support will not do anything on their end to fix the issue. I have some skus stranded for months like this.
There are MULTIPLE THREADS open about this issue in the forums. No resolution thus far.
Any working solutions would be appreciated.

This has been a partial solution for me. My listings are all books so it does not solve all of them but still managed to fix some :
"In order to move the stranded listings to active - you need to relist all the listings using 'Product Spreadsheet' present on the following page -
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/listing/cards/add-product?style=standalone
You will have to download the spreadsheet > enter all the information as if you are creating new listings (Use the SKU details associated with the ASINs & enter UPC/EAN instead of ASIN in Product Identifier column) > save the spreadsheet and upload it - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/listing/upload
Once the spreadsheet is uploaded correctly - you can check the status of the report under 'Processing Report' section - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/listing/status
Ensure that you are not entering any quantity for the listings - as the listings are FBA, there is no need of specifying quantities for them.
When the MSKUs are correctly listed in your inventory, the FBA listings would automatically become active and move out of stranded inventory list."
