All of my orders are appearing as buisness customers

Is there a reason that every single order i am receiving appears as a buisness customer lately. I sell haircare, perfume, skincare etc. It just doesn't make sense to me. I am FBM.

Do the orders themselves say "Business Customer"?

Or are you seeing in the header about how many orders you have to ship, with all of them being in the "Business" category?

Because I've been seeing the second most of the time for at least a month now, even though most orders are not actually business orders.

The false header notice claiming you have X number of business orders to ship has been present since XMAS at least!

Yes, I noticed that as well and I thought I was seeing things. When I refreshed the screen they would disappear.

Amazon is full of glitches. I did a refund yesterday it was successful but the notification letter has yet to come. That is a first for me.

I don't know what's going on with Amazon. NO sales for the LAST 2 Days and that is also unusual.

I mean - is this an actual problem? Similarly, you will find that there are tons of freight brokers that buy from AmazonUS and ship internationally. I don't really see business orders as being a problem ever - aside from longer pay terms and thus increasing the time for you to withdraw funds

Hello, I need help. How can I change or delete a shipping order? My supplier changed the quantity, which was 18 per box and now it is 16 per box.

Or are you seeing in the header about how many orders you have to ship, with all of them being in the "Business" category?

Because I've been seeing the second most of the time for at least a month now, even though most orders are not actually business orders.
