Customer returned faulty SFP item after 60 days, do I have to refund?
Faulty SFP item. Ordered 1st Nov, return requested 25th Nov, attempted return on the 29th of Dec.
I missed the delivery as I was away and unsure if I should go and collect it. Do I need to refund them? Called Amazon who said as long as the return was requested within 30 days then I’m obliged to refund

Also - extended returns were in place from 1st November 2022 so they could have returned up to end of January.
