What is up with Royal Mail lately? Terrible service
It appears an entire bag full of orders from last week has gone missing with a few from that batch being delivered to customers in 'sorry your order was damaged in transit' packaging. Have had to issue refunds left and right this week. Also having more than usual customers claiming an order has not been delivered when there is picture 'proof' of a front door or cards left saying an order has been delivered to a neighbour but that not actually being the case!
Anyone else having a nightmare with RM? We send all of our post tracked 48 but the service appears to be getting worse and we have never successfully claimed any costs back.

Our bug bear is when the proof is a photo of the envelope being put through the letterbox of a white, UPVC door. On some housing estates that proves very little!
