Frustrating battle with reclaiming my Brand Registry

I have been trying to reclaim my brand on Amazon Brand Registry for over a year now, and it has been an absolutely frustrating and exhausting process. Despite being the rightful owner with all the necessary documents and trademark registration, my brand name does not up in my account, and I cannot regain control of it. It shows up on Amazon through listings we made a while back but we cannot update them anymore.

Amazon keeps claiming that I have violated the terms of another brand but that other brand is mine! It makes no sense. Every time I contact support, they close my case with a generic response, without actually addressing the issue. It feels like i m talking to a brick wall.

No one has taken the time to properly read my messages. I have explained multiple times that this is my registered brand, yet I just receive the same copy-paste reply before the case is closed again. It is unbelievable that a company as big as Amazon makes it this difficult for legitimate brand owners to reclaim their own trademarks.

Has anyone else faced this issue and actually managed to resolve it? I am at my wits end dealing with this process.
