NON RETURNABLE ITEMS - 3RD REQUEST FOR HELP

This is the 3rd time I have reposted this issue. Not one person has responded which is so unusual. Hoping to hear from someone please!!

I am not being reimbursed for Safe T Claims when buyers fraudulently return makeup they decided to try and return because they didn't like it. They make up all kinds of reasons but what is most concerning is all of the sudden Amazon is denying the Safe T Claims saying that the product is non-returnable. Is there something new I missed? I have been reimbursed on the exact product in the recent past. Also - how can I tell if a product is considered non-returnable? Your help is greatly appreciated!
