Hi,
Our best seller has been deactivated for not having ingredient information in the ingredient attribute field. The ingredient field is completed in the back end and has been for years. We are getting nowhere with seller support. Any help appreciated.

Our ASIN is blocked with stranded inventory on our best selling SKU and now our storage capacity has been reduced by 40% so the business is suffering for an Amazon system error.
You can see from this screenshot that the listing ingredients attribute is indeed filled out correctly, and has been for years.

Anecdotally I have heard that this could be because our selling account doesn't have permissions to update the listing (even though it is ours) - perhaps this needs resetting?
