Inactivated for having "valentines" in title

Anyone else having this issue this morning? I am selling $300k/day during valentines day and woke up this morning to all my listing being deactivated for having "valentines" in the titles. I sell valentines day themed products.

No email, no performance notification, nothing in account health. Just all ASINs deactivated lol.

Looks like you got them back by removing Valentine's from the titles, but keeping it in the bullet points, images, or description.

We've seen that notifications sometimes come hours (or days) after a deactivation occurs.

Yeah, we had this happen to our heart-shaped sprinkles that we sell literally only during February. We also didn't get any notifications. They just appeared in our Stranded Inventory list and I happened to figure out by trial and error which word was causing the issue.

I wish we had access to Amazon's metadata regarding what is and is not allowed in product titles so we could avoid stuff like this. A comprehensive list of all banned words would be perfect.

Also, why on Earth would they flag the name of a holiday as a violation? Amazon may be releasing improved tools for sellers, but the basis of their system is still frustratingly flawed and outdated.

I can't even Imagine how much amazon CRUSHED their own sales today over this.

Same here. Tried to change the title and description, but no success.

This is ridiculous.

1. The first support rep told me to add "unisex" to the title—didn't work, so I called back.

2. The second rep said they couldn’t fix it and transferred me to the catalog team. The catalog team said there’s no reason the listings should be inactive and told me to contact account health.

3. Account health confirmed there’s no violation and told me to go back to seller support.

I’d love to talk to someone in seller support who actually knows what’s going on instead of being bounced between departments with no real help.

Lol Recently my account manager told me to add valentines word in title, bullet point and description. If this violates amazon policy then why account manager suggesting us to add in our product listing.
