I have sold a particular product ASIN: B08ZG3B7C6 (BIRCHWOOD CASEY Texas Star Plinking Target with 6" Paddle Diameter - Durable Long-Lasting Foldable Metal Standing Target for Shooting).

I have reviewed the pricing information and i can see the following:

1. i was not selling below a MAP

2. i was not selling above MSRP3.

i WAS selling below the price amazon now has them listed for.I was selling for 272.53.

The mfg has the MSRP listed for 349.99

Others are continuing to sell the same product for approx the SAME price i had it listed for.

All of the sudden this asin is "Not Available" for me to sell. I have provided my wholesale invoices for all purchases. I dropship so as not to get stuck with unsellable merchandise, but i submitted everything as required. Please explain why/how this was a violation of inaccurate pricing?

I submitted invoices (Not RECEIPTS), showing my sales, I even use the amazon order number as the PO for my shipper.

i find it odd that the only reason this is an issue is because i am accepting a smaller profit than amazon on this item and this is retalitory just to prevent me from selling this asin.

So if I was a predatory seller and sold things HIGHER Than MSRP I could get flagged, but I am selling BELOW MSRP and I still get banned from this ASIN for "Inaccurate Pricing"??

The ITEM COSTS me 226.54 Landed to the customer....

I charge 272.53+19.94 = 292.47

After Amazons 15% that leaves 248.60, Meaning that I make approx 22.06.

How can it be inaccurate pricing?????n and be a violation .... my appeal was denied with "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time."
