confirming an order

I have not been able to confirm and order I received October 7, 2024. the "confirm:" button is grayed and I can't confirm a book that has already been shipped. I want to be paid for this book.

Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing, without revealing any of the buyer's (or your) personal information?

This is an actual order on your Seller Central Dashboard, correct? And not just an email you received?
